Welcome to CalACES

The California Automated Consortium Eligibility System (CalACES) is a Joint Powers Authority comprised of 40 California Counties. The Consortium’s “C-IV Project” was established in 2001 and is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, operating and maintaining the C-IV System for its 39 member counties.

The CalACES System Is:

The CalACES System is a user-friendly, customer-based, on-line and fully integrated case management system that is designed to manage data for the following public assistance programs:

  • California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs)
  • CalFresh (formerly known as Food Stamps)
  • County Medical Services Program (CMSP) / Medi-Cal
  • Foster Care
  • Adoption Assistance Program (AAP)
  • Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI)
  • Child Care Programs
  • Employment Services (WtW, FSET)
  • Kinship Guardianship Assistance Program (KinGAP)
  • Refugee Assistance
  • Approved Relative Caregiver Program (ARC)
